COMMITTEES

Recruitment works primarily during the fall and winter quarters when SOW@UCLA recruits for new members. The committee manages SOW@UCLA's representation in the Enormous Activities Fair (EAF), New Student Orientation (NSO), and maintaining and updating the SOW@UCLA website and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Once new members have been accepted to the organization, Recruitment works to streamline the onboarding process for new members to start tutoring, making it as quick and easy as possible!
